In her past life as a New Age, self-help guru, Dr. Northrup was a darling of daytime talk shows. She made appearances on crowd-pleasers such as The Oprah Winfrey Show, Super Soul Sunday (that’s another Oprah program), The View, Good Morning America, and Dr. Oz.
Christiane Northrup, once called an “enlightened angel” by fans, was at one time ranked among the 100 most trusted people in America by Reader’s Digest. Oprah Winfrey, who has referred to Northrup’s books “a guide, a bible”, named her one of her Super Soul 100, a group she considered to be doing the most work to awaken humanity.
